CHICKEN BREAST DIVAN 
2 lbs. frozen broccoli spears
6 chicken breast fillets
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) grated cheddar cheese
Dash of white pepper
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Thaw broccoli slightly and arrange, floweret side out. In a 9"x13" glass baking dish. Space chicken breast fillets evenly atop broccoli and microwave on high for 20 to 25 minutes, or until breast fillets are no longer pink. In the meantime, combine cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese and white pepper. Spoon over chicken breast fillets and broccoli and cook 5 minutes on high. Sprinkle with French fried onions and Parmesan cheese. Cook 3 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
