PIE CRUST FOR FRUIT COBBLER PIE 
1/4 c. quick-cooking oats (for big pie 3/4 c.)
1/3 c. brown sugar (for big pie 1 c.)
1/4 c. all-purpose flour (for big pie 3/4 c.)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbsp. butter (for big pie, 1/2 c. melted)

Mix, cut in butter until coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over pie and bake until golden brown.
