BEEF BISCUIT CASSEROLE | |
2 pkg. unbaked biscuits 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chopped beef, browned and seasoned 2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c. milk Line a 13 x 9 inch baking pan with unbaked biscuits. Mix together above ingredients and pour over biscuits. Cover top with extra shredded cheese if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. |
