HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushrooms soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. hot noodles

In large skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onions in butter until meat is browned and onions are tender. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and mushrooms; cook, stirring constantly, 5 minutes. Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat through. Serve over noodles. 4 servings.
