TAPIOCA DESSERT 
1 c. Sago (pearl size tapioca)
4 c. milk
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
Cardamom for flavoring
Butter to fry sago and raisins

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the raisins for about 2 minutes. Remove raisins from pan; set aside. Add a little more butter and fry the sago until light brown in color. Remove from heat.

In another pan, boil the milk with water; add the fried sago and boil for about 30 minutes until cooked. Add sugar and raisins. To flavor, add ground cardamom or any other flavoring.
