CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1 whole chicken
1 (12 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
1 lg. pepper
1 (20 oz.) can mushrooms
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 qt. chicken broth
1 lg. onion
1 stick butter
1 can mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil chicken. Take all meat off and cut in cubes. Cook spaghetti in broth until tender. Saute onion and pepper in butter. Mix all ingredients together saving enough cheese for top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
