1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter chips

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl except peanut butter chips. Beat at medium speed until blended about 30 seconds. Mix on high speed scraping bowl often, about three minutes. Fold in peanut butter chips. Drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree oven 9 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool on rack. Makes 4 dozen.
