ANGEL CAKE 
Angel food cake mix
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
2 pkgs. (envelopes) whipped topping mix
2 c. cold milk
1 can prepared pie filling cherry or blueberry

Make cake according to package directions. Cool. Cut in half, set top half aside. Mix vanilla pudding and whipped topping with milk. Beat until stiff. Spread some between the 2 halves of cake. Put top back on cake and ice the rest of the cake. Cover and chill. Just before serving add the prepared pie filling to the top. Let run down the sides of the cake. One can will be too much so only use about 2/3.
