ORANGY CHOCOLATE CRUST
CHEESECAKE

1 1/2 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafers, finely ground
1/2 to 3/4 c. butter, melted
Grated orange peel, rind
Sugar
5 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
2 egg yolks
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate

Combine ground chocolate wafers, melted butter, 1/8 teaspoon orange peel and 1 tablespoon sugar. Mix well and press into greased 10 inch springform pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Cream together cream cheese and 1 3/4 cup sugar until light.

In separate bowl, mix together flour, 1 tablespoon grated orange peel, salt and vanilla. Add eggs and yolks one at a time, alternating with flour mixture. Stir in undiluted orange juice concentrate. Turn mixture into prepared chocolate crust. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Chill. Serve. Garnish with orange peel strips, if desired. Makes 12 serving.
