CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
3 chicken breasts
1-2 heads lettuce
3 stalks green onions
1 pkg. 7 3/4 oz.) Mai Fun Rice sticks
1 pkg. blanched almond, sliced
1/4 c. roasted sesame seeds

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2-3 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil

Shred cooked chicken breasts and add to lettuce, onions, almonds and sesame seeds. Set aside and prepare rice sticks.

To prepare rice sticks: Place in hot oil and when expanded remove from oil, drain on paper towels. Add rice sticks to salad. Add dressing and mix just before serving.
