MEAT `N CHEESE PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. green pepper, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
6 oz. can tomato paste
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
6 oz. pitted ripe olives, sliced
1 (8") baked pie shell

Brown meat with pepper and onion. Season with salt and pepper and other seasonings as desired. Add tomato paste; cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Put mixture into baked pie shell, cover with sliced olives and top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Yields 4-6 servings.
