MINT SAUCE 
1 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. Creme de Mint
1/4 c. vinegar

Blend. Prepare 1/2 hour before serving.

Serve over: Lamb, pork, fish, vanilla ice cream, pound cake
