MEXICAN DIP 
2 cans refried beans
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. taco seasoning
10 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. jar chunky picante sauce
Corn chips
1 chopped onion (optional)

Brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain. Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water. Mix with refried beans. Spread mixture on pizza pan. Sprinkle cheese over it. Spread sour cream over the cheese. Pour picante sauce on top of the sour cream. Sprinkle with onions, if desired. Serve with corn chips. This can even be a meal for a small family.
