WHITE CHRISTMAS COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Add sugar, salt, soda, butter, vanilla and egg. Beat together. Add sour cream then dry ingredients; mix well. Leave overnight in refrigerator. Roll out on floured surface and bake at 400 degrees for 9 minutes. Makes 4 dozen. Can be cut with any shape cookie cutter. Not just for Christmas time.
