ITALIAN MEAT LOAF | |
2 lbs. ground deer 1 lb. sausage 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning (or 2 tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. basil) 1 onion (chopped) 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 can condensed tomato soup 3 eggs 5 slices bread (cut or tear into crumbs) In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with hands until combined. Put in baking dish or pan, pat down. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until lightly browned and loaf has pulled away from edges. Remove from oven. Drain off grease. Let set for 15 minutes before cutting. |
