BRUNNENSTRASSE HOT FUDGE SAUCE | |
1 (100 gram) imported semi-sweet chocolate bar 3 to 4 tbsp. Mozart (chocolate nougat) liquor or other liquor (such as Bailey's Irish Cream or Amaretto) Melt chocolate in bowl in microwave, about 1 minute, or on top of stove (use a double broiler). Stir chocolate until smooth. Then add liquor a little at a time, stirring after each addition, until desired consistency is reached. Re-warm sauce. Serve over ice cream. Serves 4. |
