PORK CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
1 c. rice
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 cans beef consomme broth

Brown 4 pork chops on both sides. Put 1 cup rice in casserole dish. Lay pork chops on top of rice. Add a layer of sliced onion and then bell pepper. Pour 2 cans beef consomme broth over rice and pork chops. Bake covered 1 hour at 325 degrees.
