2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)

In a saucepan on medium-high heat, mix first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add oatmeal and peanut butter. Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper.
