SWEET AND SOUR KIELBASA 
1/2 lb. butter
2 - 3 med. onions, chopped
1 lb. (16 oz.) light brown sugar
2 (16 oz.) bottles ketchup
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 drops Tabasco sauce
3 - 4 lb. Kielbasa

Saute onions in butter. Add sugar, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco sauce; simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. In separate pan, bring water to a boil. Cook kielbasa 15 to 20 minutes. Remove kielbasa and cut into slices. Add to sauce. Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
