QUICK CHICK 
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. cheese, type crackers or any kind will work fine
1 env. Liptons dry onion soup mix

Melt butter. Crush crackers very fine and mix with dry onion soup mix. Cut breasts into 9 serving size pieces and dip in melted butter, then into cracker and dry soup mixture, coating both sides well.

Place in greased or aluminum foil covered baking dish or pan or pie pan and bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees, covered with lid or more aluminum foil. (If you have butter and cracker mixture leftover, pour over chicken before covering to bake.)
