MARSHMALLOW BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butterscotch pieces
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 beaten egg
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. semi sweet chocolate pieces
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of 9" square pan. Melt over medium heat, stirring constantly, the butterscotch pieces and butter. Remove from heat and cool until lukewarm. Combine all of the remaining ingredients and fold into butterscotch batter until just mixed (about 5 strokes). Spread in greased pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes; do not overbake. Center will be fudgy but becomes firm when cooled. Cut into squares.
