BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 to 3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 to 3/4 c. mild Cheddar cheese
3/4 to 1 c. cheese nips
1 egg

Place broccoli in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix egg, mayonnaise and soup. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle cheeses. Dot with butter. Sprinkle nip crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees until broccoli is done, about 1 hour.
