Chinese cabbage
1 onion
1 celery stalk
1 tomato
2 cloves garlic
Mazola oil
Cider vinegar

Finely slice the vegetables. Mix 2 parts Mazola to 1 part cider vinegar. Salt and pepper to season. Mix with 2 forks lightly.
