CHEWY CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
2 med. eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour, unsifted
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz. Reeses Peanut butter chips

Cream butter and sugar in large mixer bowl. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Gradually blend into a creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoonsful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 9 minutes, do not overbake. Cookies are soft; they will puff during baking, flatten upon cooling. Cool until set, about 1 minutes. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely on wire rack. Yield 1 1/2 dozen.
