1 c. peanut butter (preferably crunchy)
1 c. sugar
1 egg

Mix ingredients together well. Don't use electric mixer. Form into small balls. Flatten with fork dipped in sugar. Bake 12 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool a few minutes before removing from pan. NOTE: Time and temperature are very important.
