CHERRY STREUSEL 
1 can cherry pie filling
1/2 pkg. yellow or white cake mix (2 c.), you can use a little Jiffy mix
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter

Spread pie filling into ungreased round baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix (dry) over filling. Mix nuts, brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over cake. Melt butter and drizzle over cake.

Cover with saran wrap and cook on high for 8 minutes in microwave or until done. Turn half way after 4 minutes. Done when filling bubbles through topping. Serve warm or cold with ice cream or dessert topping.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
