CRANBERRY CHICKEN 
6 chicken parts
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. lemon juice

1. Put all of the above ingredients in a saucepan and cook until thick.

2. Place washed chicken in baking dish.

3. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in top portion of oven.

4. Then baste chicken with glaze mixture, cook 1/2 hour more.
