BAKED CARROT PUFF | |
1/2 c. light cream 3 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. salt Pinch of pepper 4 lg. carrots, grated Add cream, eggs, salt, and pepper to the grated carrots. Mix well, then bake in a buttered 1 quart casserole at 400 degrees for 40 minutes, or until puffed and set. Serves 4-5. |
