OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut in pieces
2 c. corn flake crumbs
2 tbsp. seasoned salt
Lemon pepper (optional)

Wash chicken and drain. Add season salt to corn flake crumbs. Sprinkle chicken pieces with lemon pepper if preferred. Dip chicken in egg beaten in milk. Coat with corn flake crumbs and seasoned salt mixture. Bake in 350 degree approximately 1 hour or until chicken is done. Drizzle with melted butter half way in cooking time.
