BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 or 2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. water
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled

In blender, blend garlic with vinegar and water. Add mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix well. Put mixture in bowl. Stir in blue cheese. Refrigerate for at least one hour. (Dressing will thicken while in refrigerator.) Makes a great dip.
