2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. spry or other shortening
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (4-5 bananas)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together. Put all in bowl and beat. Bake in layer cake pans 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Frosting with cream cheese icing. Put bananas between layers and on top.
