QUICK LASAGNA | |
1 pkg. crescent dinner rolls 1 lb. hamburger Onion (if desired) 1 can tomato paste 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 c. cottage cheese 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Press dinner rolls into bottom of 8 x 11 inch pan. Brown hamburger (add onion if desired). Drain well. Add tomato paste, parsley flakes, oregano and garlic powder to hamburger. Mix 1 cup cottage cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Layer over pressed rolls: 1/2 of hamburger mixture, add cheese mixture, top with other 1/2 of hamburger mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
