CINNAMON APPLE JELLY 
1 qt. apple juice
1 3/4 oz. pkg. powdered fruit pectin
5 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. red cinnamon candies
Approx. 3 drops red food coloring

Combine juice, food coloring and pectin in large saucepan. Bring to a full boil. Add sugar and cinnamon candies. Stir until dissolved. Return to full boil and boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and skim off foam. Pour into hot sterilized jars. Either seal with hot melted paraffin or seal with lids and process in boiling water bath. 7 pints.
