MARINATED COLE SLAW 
1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 sm. zucchini, finely chopped
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 lg. carrot, grated

(Carrots and celery are optional.)

SAUCE:

3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. sugar
Dash of salt & pepper

Mix and shake well. Marinate overnight.
