1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & well drained 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, grated 1/3 c. walnut pieces 1 tsp. dried basil 1/4 tsp. salt 1 clove garlic, crushed Blend in blender or food processor all ingredients until almost smooth. Cover and chill. Serve with fresh vegetables. Makes 2 cups. |
