CHICKEN GUMBO 
16 oz. cooked chicken (or shrimp)
12 oz. frozen cut okra
Lg. can tomatoes, chopped
4 oz. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 c. tomato sauce
2 c. chicken bouillon

Saute onions and celery in little of bouillon. Add everything except chicken. Simmer until thick (1 hour). Add chicken.
