CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1/2 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 can bean sprouts, WELL drained
1 sm. can chopped or sliced ripe olives, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, rinsed and drained
2 c. cooked chicken in strips (or shrimp or crabmeat)

DRESSING:

Hellmann's mayonnaise thinned with soy sauce (to tan color)
Few drops lemon juice
Dried green onions

Crumble bacon over salad and toss with dressing before serving. Serves 8.
