PICKLED FRUIT 
2 (No. 2 1/2) cans peach halves, drained
Whole cloves
1/2 c. peach syrup, drained from peaches
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 stick cinnamon

Stud each peach half with 2 or 3 cloves. In saucepan combine peach syrup, vinegar, sugar and cinnamon. Simmer on low, uncovered for 10 minutes. Add peach halves. Bring to boil. Remove from unit and cool. Refrigerate. Makes 8 servings.
