CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 1/2 stick melted butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix, press into bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip

Mix and spread on top of nuts.

THIRD LAYER:

1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Mix as directed on package, mix together for 2 minutes. Add on top of cream cheese.

FOURTH LAYER:

4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip

Spread on top. Garnish with chips or nuts.
