QUICK N EASY SKILLET CHICKEN 
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
3/4 c. water
1 lb. boneless & skinless chicken breast strips
2 c. frozen mix vegetables
2 c. hot cooked rice (do not mix cook along)

Use a large skillet blend in onion soup mix and water. After bringing to a boil, stir in chicken and vegetables. Cook uncovered, stirring frequently for 5 minutes or until the chicken is done. Serve over hot rice. Should make about 4 servings.
