PRUNE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. BLAIR powdered cinnamon
1 tsp. BLAIR ground nutmeg
1 tsp. BLAIR allspice
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. cooked prunes
1 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring

Combine dry ingredients, add buttermilk, eggs, oil, prunes and vanilla flavoring. Stir until well mixed. Pour into tube pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
