KOREAN STYLE CHICKEN WINGS | |
4 lbs. chicken wings 2 or 3 green onions (cut lengthwise) 1 tbsp. crushed red pepper 1 clove garlic 1 tbsp. sesame seeds 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. vinegar Brown wings in oil. Sprinkle on green onions, crushed red pepper, garlic and sesame seeds. Mix soy sauce, sugar and vinegar and pour over wings. Stir frequently to baste wings with sauce. Cook in covered pan or skillet over low heat or roast in oven at 325 for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Store in refrigerator if desired and reheat the following day for enhanced flavor. |
