CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter. Mix sugar with cocoa. Add eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla and butter to sugar-cocoa mixture. Pour into pie shell and bake for 50 minutes. Delicious with whipped or ice cream on top. Serves 8.
