NANA'S CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
Pinch of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 (5.33 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 unbaked pie shells

Combine sugar, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, butter, milk and vanilla. Mix well and pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
