TERRI'S CAESAR DRESSING 
1 tsp. anchovy paste (or 3 anchovy fillets, minced)
1/2 tsp. garlic puree
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 limes
2/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. Parmesan (or Romano) cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 coddled egg

Blend anchovy, garlic, salt, Worcestershire, the juice from 2 limes and vinegar. Mix in olive oil. Beat in whole coddled egg. Immediately pour over selected lettuce and toss with pepper and Parmesan.
