EMILY'S ONE BOWL ROCKY ROAD
BROWNIES
 
4 sq. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate chips

Microwave chocolate and butter in large bowl on high for 2 minutes or until butter is melted (or stir chocolate and butter constantly in a 3 quart saucepan over very low heat until just melted). Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

Stir in sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and 1 cup nuts. Spread grease in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Immediately sprinkle marshmallows, chips and remaining nuts over brownie. Bake 3 minutes or until topping begins to melt together. Cool. Cut into squares. Makes 24.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
