1/2 c. Crisco (solid)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Mix sugar, Crisco, egg and vanilla. Sift in flour, cocoa, soda, salt and powder alternately with 1 cup milk. Drop on greased cookie sheets by teaspoon (smooth out so not too high and round, flatten). Bake 7- 10 minutes at 425 degrees.

FILLING:

3/4 c. Crisco
3/4 c. 10X sugar
1/2 c. marshmallow fluff
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well. Spread between two cookie cakes.
