ITALIAN TOMATO SALAD 
2 lg. tomatoes
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

(Green pepper and/or onion may also be included.) In a medium bowl, place tomatoes which have been cut into bite-size pieces along with all other ingredients and stir until the tomatoes are well coated. Chill and serve with fresh Italian bread.
