STROMBOLI 
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack
1 1/2 oz. or 2 oz. Parmesan
1 frozen bread dough
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. tomato sauce
sliced pepperoni

Butter frozen bread. Let rise to double its size. Roll out into oval. Dot evenly with pepperoni. Add garlic, basil, and oregano to tomato sauce, dot evenly. Cover with cheeses. Roll up like a jelly roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until nicely brown on top.
