MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato paste
1 c. grated cheese
1 lg. onion
3 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. Fritos
Salt to taste

Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion. Mix chili powder and paste in. Simmer 5 minutes. Line a casserole dish with 1/2 Fritos. Add meat on top of Fritos. Put rest of Fritos on top of meat. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted.
